ABOUT THE INSURANCE…

Why should I get a Cancellation Insurance? 
Cancellation Insurance is designed to cover any risk that may occur prior to departure abroad: 

• Illness, accident or COVID
• Grade repetition or school failure 
• A job or internship offer 
• A visa refusal or theft of identity card or passport
• The hospitalization of a family member
• An interruption of your stay
• And much more...

In case of cancellation, advance payments and amounts already paid will be reimbursed, according to the Organizer's terms and conditions of sale.

In case of interruption, services not used at destination will be reimbursed in case of medical repatriation or early return.

IMPORTANT :

• For the insurance to be valid, it must be contracted at the same time as the registration for the course.
• Cancellation fees shall be paid upon presentation of the invoices issued to the insured by the Organizer as cancellation fees.
• The General Conditions of Sale of the Agency/Organizer shall be taken into account for the calculation of the reimbursement.
• Only trips of under 25,000 € will be insured.
